Postpartum One-on-One Consultation
This personalized consultation offers the same content as the Postpartum Class but in a private format. Additionally, it includes treatment for pains (e.g., back, pelvis) and, where appropriate, treatments for the abdominal and pelvic areas.

This course delves into the physiology of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, offering insights into what to expect and addressing common misconceptions. Designed to ensure both parents are well-prepared and aligned before the baby arrives.

Postpartum Yoga Sessions
Our online yoga sessions focus on core strengthening and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Postpartum Yoga is a gentle yet effective workout suitable for mothers from six weeks postpartum. The session includes exercises that are both physically engaging and sweat-inducing!
The session is divided into two parts:
Workout Session: Aimed at strengthening and toning the body.
Stretching & Breathing Exercises: A calming sequence designed to rebalance the nervous system and body chemistry, perfect for reducing stress.
Participants can join either or both parts, depending on their needs and schedule.

Consultation and Treatment
